HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASS & ENTER THE STUDIO

Before You Arrive


Due to state regulations our current in-studio classes are kept small with only 25% capacity.  

All sign-up and payments must be settled in advance if you do not have a class card on file.  How does one sign up ?  Simply sign up by texting me at 609-231-7915 to let me know you will be attending class. Please sign up the night before or text me in the morning to let me know you  would like to join class.  If you can not make it to class,  PLEASE let me know 2 hours in advance so another person wait-listed may join class. I understand things happen last minute and it's out of our control- a quick text goes a long way to let me know you are ok.  We are not currently accepting walk-ins at this time.  



Upon Your Arrival


Please do not enter the space any earlier than 10 minutes before the start of class.  -  Please wear your mask into the studio.  They can be removed once class starts or  you have the option to leave your mask on during practice. Please bring all your necessary yoga essentials for your practice.

A NOTE FROM SUZANNE

Hey You AMAZING YOGIS, 


   Please know I am very excited to be sharing this space with you again and want you to feel comfortable when you are practicing in the studio.  We practice YOGA to keep our body and minds healthy.  We practice yoga because it allows us to feel, move, breathe, and flow in different and inviting ways.  We practice YOGA to share what we love and feel the positive energy that surrounds us.  There are so many reasons why one practices yoga.  We have called upon our practice so much over the last 9 months remembering the purpose and lessons it has taught us and still teaches us  on and off the mat.  Let's continue to hold all of these many blessings and beyond close to our hearts.  

  

   With that said, I understand everyone is in different situations and some may not be ready to practice inside.  We have options for you.  LIVE - ON- DEMAND Yoga Classes.  You can practice in the comfort of your own home or while you are on vacation.  You can practice any time that works best for you and your schedule. As we know, it is always changing.  You can find a full library of my classes on Patreon.com/yogaginger.   Be sure to check it out.   Never worry, you can start and stop at anytime.   It's so easy and absolutely no pressure.  


  For those of you who are ready to come to class, we have been going strong  for a  few months now and it's been sooo much fun.  With smaller classes and more room, you get more personalized attention.  As always, if you are coming down with a cold or do not feel well, please stay home.  This is a simple reminder for all of us to be more mindful and always respectful.
