Beginning 2024 Cards expire after 1 year from purchase.
Due to inflation, anyone purchased class cards before 2020 the class card has been expired. Class Cards from 2020 will expire Memorial Day Weekend 2024 .
PLEASE BRING ALL NECESSARY YOGA essentials for your practice.
Yoga Mat, Water, Towel.
WE are offering MAT RENTALS.
All students are required to sign the waiver at the studio or on the beach. At that time indicate Cash, Credit, VENMO, or Package. BEACH CLASSES CASH or VENMO ONLY unless you already have a Class Card / Package.
UPON YOUR ARRIVAL
Please do not enter the space any earlier than 10 minutes before the start of class. Please wait patiently until the DOOR OPENS and SHOE BASKET is out.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Please refrain from entering with a Sandy Yoga Mat. Please only use indoor yoga mats without sand . WE LOVE the sand but unfortunately not in the studio.
Please place all personal belongings in the back cubbies and not on front platform. Together we help keep the studio ZEN and clutter free.
Please refrain from using cell phones while class.
Remember, if you are sick or feel under the weather, please refrain from coming to class. Let's do our best to make YG a place where we all can feel comfortable practicing what we love.

YOGIS NEW and ones who have been with YG for the past 10 years.... We practice YOGA to keep our body and minds healthy. We practice yoga because it allows us to feel, move, breathe, and flow in different and inviting ways. We practice YOGA to share what we love and feel the positive energy that surrounds us. There are so many reasons why one practices yoga. We have called upon our practice (more than ever over the past few years) remembering the purpose and lessons it has taught us and still teaches us on and off the mat.
